DataQuick Information Systems reported San Diego County's median home price last month plunged 13 percent from year ago levels and that last month's median home price was $430,000, compared to around $495,000 during the same time the year before. The use of videos is really the in-thing. It's very easy to set up and if you just link to sites like youtube or Google video, it does not use up your bandwidth.
Alos, real estate professionals should be posting their listing videos to these sites. This is a great way to get additional property exposure.

The National Association of Realtors(R), released it's November report yesterday. The headline was a very modest increase in national home sales. What did not make the headlines was that existing-home sales in the West were 25.0 percent below a year ago and the median price in the West was 6.8 percent lower than November 2006.
